Description
This fully automatic sewage treatment equipment adopts the main process of chemical reaction
sedimentation + physical interception and filtration. It integrates coagulation reaction, sedimentation separation, filtration, and sludge dehydration. The removal rate of effluent COD can reach 80%, and that of suspended solids can reach 90%. The effluent can be directly discharged or reused
Process Flow
The sewage enters the coagulation zone through the lift pump, and the dosing equiment is simultaneously injected into the coagulation zone for reaction. After the reaction, the wastewater flows to the sedimentation zone for floc precipitation,the supernatant flows to the intermediate pool,and the intermediate pool water enters through the filter pump. Quartz sand filter, the effluent from the filter is directly drained or reserved for use, and the sedimented sludge is dewatered by a chamber dewater ing machine.
